MCT 5100 Handler - This is a high speed handler for handling small outline integrated circuits such as SOIC, TSSOP, SSOP, MSOP and new Chip Scale Packages (CSPs).  The MCT 5100 uses a combination of gravity feed and pick and place technology to reliably move parts through the handler.  It is capable of testing one or two handlers in parallel with a total throughput of 14,400 devices per hour with an index time of 0.5 seconds, making this one of the fastest handlers available on the market today.

MCT Tapestry Panel/Strip Test Handler is a versatile, flexible, high throughput, highly parallel test handling and thermal conditioning system for devices that are in panel or strip format.  It is capable of handling and thermally conditioning Chip Scale Packages (CSPs), Ball Grid Array (BGA) and other over-molded devices on laminated panels or strips.
