CLEANMARK® cleanroom labels

LG International offers CLEANMARK® critical cleanroom labels for use in the wafer, semiconductor, disk drive, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

LG International is a member of SEMI and is also ISO 9002 accredited.

LG labels can be supplied in blank and preprinted form and manufactured to any shape, size or colour in a variety of textures. Labels are available in a variety of synthetic facestocks including polypropylene and polyester. These materials offer excellent dimensional stability, strength, cleanliness and outgassing properties.

The labels can be supplied with non residue removable or permanent adhesive that exceed the demanding needs of the semiconductor and disk drive industries.

CLEANMARK® labels feature:

• Facestocks are inert to most acids, gases and salts and as strong wet as dry
• Service temperature is -40 to +250°F
• Surfaces available for thermal transfer, direct thermal, dot matrix, inkjet, laser and cleanroom pens
• Labels are ultrasonically cleaned, both top and back surfaces and packaged in a certified Class100 cleanroom
• Double bagged in Certified Silicone Free MDPE Nitrogen Purged bags
