International Test Solutions is a research and development company offering electrical and mechanical solutions to manufacturers of semiconductor devices. The ITS cleaning products provide a method of cleaning an epoxy needle or cobra probe card in the prober, removing nearly all contaminates, thereby reducing contact resistance and improving yield.

The products are manufactured by molding a proprietary cross-linked polymer onto a substrate.  The material itself is non-abrasive.  It is effective when used alone to collect debris from the probe tips or combined with other agents it can create a polishing or even abraded technique to remove engrained or bonded debris.
