The 2300 reads 1d Barcode + 2d DataMatrixCode + OCR-Code directly from Wafer-surface, Photomask and Filmframe Stand-Alone-System Camera-System.

The Cognex Vision Spy 2300 SEMI is specifically designed to meet the requirements of the semiconductor industry. The 2300 decodes automatically two dimensional (2d) symbologies, one dimensional (1d) bar codes and OCR. The RS232 Interface for data connection and image preview (2 input and 2 output lines) as well the Ethernet is standard in the Vision Spy 2300 SEMI.

The Vision Spy 2300 SEMI is distributed and supported exclusively and worldwide by htt-high tech trade in Munich. The mechanical, electrical and software-integration to any semiconductor equipment is done by htt Munich.

More than 400 units of the Vision Spy 2300 SEMI Wafer ID-Reader are installed worldwide. Most of them in automatic wafer-probers from TSK-Accretech and Electroglas.

In total more than 30 integrations in different 150mm, 200mm and 300mm tools such as probers, sorters, inspection systems, fournace, steppers and other process equipment have been implemented.
